Awaiting Order Arrival
“Awaiting Arrival” means your order has been processed and is on its way to our local warehouse or fulfillment center. Once it arrives, we’ll package it and ship it directly to your address.
Typically, items in this stage take 2–5 working days to arrive at our warehouse. After that, your order will be dispatched and delivered within our standard shipping timeframe (usually 2–4 business days, depending on your location).
At this stage, tracking may not be fully active. Once your package reaches our warehouse and is shipped, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details.

Yes! As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and tracking details (once available). If you don’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder or contact our support.
After sales
We're really sorry for the inconvenience! If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to sales@creatingcommerce.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.
Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unused condition. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for the full process and instructions.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Yes, we can arrange an exchange for size, color, or a different item (subject to availability). Just reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at sales@creatingcommerce.co.uk with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return conditions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect item). In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs as well.
